World Premiere Celebration for Disney’s ‘The Lone Ranger’ to Benefit the American Indian College Fund

Hi-ho! Things are heating up for Disney/Jerry Bruckheimer Films’ epic adventure The Lone Ranger, starring Johnny Depp, Armie Hammer, and Helena Bonham Carter and coming to theaters this summer on July 3.

The world premiere has just been announced and tickets are available now. Taking place at Disney California Adventure Park in Anaheim on June 22, the star-studded event will benefit the American Indian College Fund. Park guests that day will have the chance to line the red carpet for a glimpse of The Lone Ranger cast, filmmakers and other Hollywood stars.

Tickets are priced at $1,000 each and, because Disney has donated the tickets to the Fund and is underwriting the cost of the premiere, the entire purchase price of each ticket goes to support scholarships and other programs for Native American students. To purchase tickets, click here.

This morning on RollingStone.com, Hollywood Records artist Grace Potter and the Nocturnals’ song “Devil’s Train” premiered. It’s the first track revealed from The Lone Ranger: Wanted, a collection of songs inspired by the iconic Lone Ranger franchise. Click here to have a listen, and stay tuned for the full track listing, including songs by Iggy Pop, Iron & Wine and Lucinda Williams. The album comes out on July 2.
