Eisner Comment At Allen & Co. Conference

BURBANK, Calif. – In response to questions at the Allen & Co. conference in Sun Valley this morning, Michael Eisner, chief executive officer of The Walt Disney Company (NYSE:DIS), repeated his confidence in the strength of the Company’s balance sheet and said that management would likely recommend to the Board an increase in the Company’s dividend.
